Return and Refund Policy

At ScrapeBook, we strive to make your return experience as hassle-free as possible. We offer free returns and provide a prepaid shipping label to make the process easy for you. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are always free, and there is no restocking fee.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods
• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods

Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without a justification. Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
